A Note From Our Founder
Why I Built FacPro
For more than 30 years, I've worked both within public organizations, including NASA, and alongside school districts and other public organizations, walking buildings, participating in budget meetings, and helping plan for what comes next. I've experienced this work from inside an organization as well as alongside the teams I support. Along the way I've seen the same challenges again and again: aging facilities, limited dollars, small teams stretched thin, and tools that cost too much or do too little.
The people doing this work are some of the most dedicated I know. They keep schools safe and running for students, staff and communities, often with far less support than they deserve.
FacPro is my way of giving back to an industry that has given me so much. It's more than software. It's an ecosystem built for stewards of public facilities:

- Education and mentoring that help teams build skills and confidence in asset management.
- A community of peers who share what works and learn from each other.
